Special Presentation: The DOT Model – Conflict Resiliency Framework This Sunday at the Leadership Summit, I’ll be presenting on conflict resiliency through our new DOT Model World in VRC. One of our Helpers, FindingNimzy, is rounding out her 3 months and has created this world as her special project. Her Discord profile says, “seeker of magical moments,” but in this case I would add “and builder” of magical moments. While the DOT model has been taught for the last 10 years on white-boards, powerpoints, and even in multiple VR social apps, it’s a dream come true to see it coming alive so vividly (with animations) through unity/blender in VRC. This model is the engine behind my work in community building. It’s already being taught by conflict and community practitioners internationally, but I’m thrilled to offer it to our community for free during this one-time event. On Sunday we’ll be answering the question: How are villains/heros/victims/bystanders connected?
