Boundaries and Repair

Sometimes in community spaces, moments get messy.

Someone talks a little too long.

Someone misses a cue.

Someone shares more than the room can hold.

It happens to all of us, especially in VR where emotions and timing land differently.

Repair is part of how we grow together.

It keeps us connected instead of confused.

It helps us build trust instead of pressure.

To support that, we’ve created a simple online version of the Boundary Repair Worksheet.

You’ll find it embedded right below this post.

This form is meant to give you a quiet place to reflect, breathe, and get grounded before reconnecting with someone. It asks gentle questions, helps you notice what happened, and guides you toward a small next step. Many people find reflection easier when it’s structured like this.

Everything you type into the form is private.

We do not read it.

We do not store it.

We do not receive any of it.

Only the short repair message at the end is something you can choose to copy and send if you want to.

This is a test.

We want to see if this kind of tool actually supports you in real, practical ways.

If you try it, let us know how it felt.

What helped.

What didn’t.

Anything you’d change or add.
